simple access helpful staff clean room
Parking access was simple. There were plenty of spaces. Staff members were efficient and helpful throughout my stay. My room was impeccably clean and well-kept. Breakfast offered good value with many options. It was AMAZING!!!
The room felt slightly dated. It could benefit from some updates.

dirty carpet lukewarm coffee
The carpet was really dark. i thought it looked dirty. the artex ceiling added to a depressing feel. i couldn't find any sockets near the bed and a random curtain just covered a wall. the coffee in the morning was lukewarm. It came from a machine and it tasted bad. the juice was sugary and not real juice.

my standard double room hot was great! the breakfast choice was comprehensive, and it had everything i needed. it really set me up for the day.
I did find that there were no sockets by the bedside, inconvenient. also, the toilet paper was quite thin. A thicker quality roll would have been better.

the location suited my travel plans. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i found the provided breakfast buffet to be a good start to the day, with various options available to choose from.
the temperature control in the bathroom proved difficult to adjust. the bathroom floor was notably cold . i could not adjust it.

The room had ample space. The bed was really comfortable. I slept well. Breakfast provided many choices. Check-in was easy and efficient.
The bar was unattended one evening. It took a few minutes to find someone to serve me.

undercooked bacon rubbery eggs
The breakfast failed to meet expectations. The bacon was significantly undercooked. sausages looked overcooked to the point of being hard, inedible even. a request for fried or poached eggs was refused, and i was directed to the scrambled eggs, the consistency of which was rubbery.
