my standard double room hot was great! the breakfast choice was comprehensive, and it had everything i needed. it really set me up for the day.

I did find that there were no sockets by the bedside, inconvenient. also, the toilet paper was quite thin. A thicker quality roll would have been better.

the temperature control in the bathroom proved difficult to adjust. the bathroom floor was notably cold . i could not adjust it.

The breakfast failed to meet expectations. The bacon was significantly undercooked. sausages looked overcooked to the point of being hard, inedible even. a request for fried or poached eggs was refused, and i was directed to the scrambled eggs, the consistency of which was rubbery.
